In order to receive support about problems with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. ​

• Proof of damage or missing items must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the item. ​

• Possible damages or missing items that may be covered by Bear Mountain Bricks may include: cracks or hairline fractures, small or non-structural pieces, some accessories. 

There is a $50 CAD order minimum required for shipping.

All shipped packages over $100 CAD must have additional insurance.

Shipping is not included in any price listed and is at the cost of the buyer. 

Bear Mountain Bricks is not liable for any damage that occurs to the LEGO once an order is received. 

Bear Mountain Bricks is not liable for any damage due to shipping. For issues with handling of shipping, please contact Canada Post.
